Super Circuit - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6am

Location: Me Fitness on NE Alberta & MLK

Enjoy a 14:1 student/trainer ratio while gaining strength and flexibility with Kettle bells, dumb bells, body weight moves, medicine balls, and more! This challenging circuit class emphasizes explosive strength, endurance and stamina. Prepare for a fun and productive workout and great energy! Please arrive early as class will begin right on time. Late arrivals will not ensure you a spot in the class. This class will take place in the Playground.

In this class we'll have fun working up a sweat using our full core in dynamic, functional core movements to help support your spine, work your core, and hopefully leave you just sore enough that it doesn't hurt too bad when you laugh. Working your core isn't just to benefit your physical yoga practice, but will also help aid in your breath work and pranayama. All levels and abilities welcome.

Plyometric Conditioning at St. Johns Spa

Wednesday's at 7pm

A fun mix of plyometrics, cardio, yoga, and body weight strength exercises, this class is perfect for building strength, stability, endurance, and confidence. Class is created with all fitness levels in mind. There will be lots of options and modifications offered throughout the class.
