We’re excited to introduce a brand-new Barre Class to our weekly schedule—now offered Fridays and Saturdays at 9am, taught by the talented Heather Hill! As a skilled dancer from McCann, Heather understands exactly what it takes to feel strong, balanced, and confident on the ballroom floor. Her Barre class blends ballet, Pilates, and strength training into a low-impact, full-body workout that builds core strength, improves flexibility, and tones from head to toe.
Whether you're a dancer looking to enhance your performance or simply want a fun and effective way to move your body, Barre is a great fit. Drop-in classes are $20 per person, or you can save with our 5-class package for $85. No dance experience needed—just bring a mat, some water, and a readiness to move!
