What we're about

Have you been waiting to start playing guitar but didn't know how? Have you tried learning online and got overwhelmed? Have you wanted to take private lessons but couldn't afford them? Have you thought it would be fun to play at a bonfire but didn't think you could? Do you have a guitar lying around that you used to play but need some help getting started again?

This class is for you! We focus on the most basic chords and strumming patterns you need to know to start playing in a group. We spend time each class reviewing the chords and playing them in some popular songs.

Vocal Choir Workshop

Mid-City Community Music

Master your singing abilities in MCCM's new Vocal Choir Workshop. Working in a group setting is so very beneficial for new singers as we can learn and grow as we listen and support each other. Students will choose songs to work on and your instructor will create parts for each vocal range. We will have a final production (via Acapella editing during Covid19 times and in person when we are all safe). Students are expected to practice their parts and come up with at least one song that they would like to work on.
