Exploring Consciousness: Weekend Workshop

Exploring Consciousness is a focused two‑day weekend workshop designed to help you explore your inner awareness, deepen self‑understanding, and spark personal transformation. Adapted from the first two days of the Monroe Institute’s five‑day Gateway Voyage® program, this workshop introduces you to Focus 10 and Focus 12—expanded states of consciousness that can help you connect more fully with your Total Self and tap into inner resources you may not yet realize you have.

Common Results and Benefits - People experience the workshop in their own unique ways, and the effects—both during the weekend and in the days and weeks that follow—can vary widely. Participants often report benefits such as:

This immersive, hands‑on workshop runs from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM each day and includes expert guidance, high‑quality audio technology, and a delicious lunch—all provided.
