Welcome! We're an official Monroe community group, welcoming anyone curious about consciousness and the pioneering work of Robert Monroe.
Whether you've read every one of his books, attended a Monroe Institute program, or are just starting to wonder what lies beyond ordinary waking awareness, you'll find good company here.
We meet monthly, both onsite and online (hybrid-friendly), with a rotating mix of activities:
Discussion — Monroe's books (Journeys Out of the Body and beyond) and the ideas behind the Monroe Institute's programs.
Practice — guided meditations, out-of-body and lucid dreaming technique sharing, and hands-on remote viewing sessions with shared targets.
Exploration — sharing experiences, comparing notes, and learning from each other in a supportive, judgment-free space.
Connection — dinners, picnics, and just having fun with like-minded people.
No experience required — only curiosity and an open mind. Come explore with us!
