MCBC Kayaking - Cary Lake

Join us for a relaxing social paddle on the water! We welcome kayakers of all skill levels. Kayak rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis - reservations are not possible, so please plan accordingly if you need to rent a boat.

This is a small lake, but it is good for first-time kayakers or folks wanting to brush on on skills.
I will be using this one to instruct:
seating posture
paddle length
how to paddle
feathering paddles
correct PFD fitting

Need to know:
We plan to launch at the posted start time, so arrive early to get your personal kayak ready. If you're renting, come early in case there's a line, paperwork, and payment processing.

We expect to be on the water for less than 2 hours.

Required:
Personal flotation devices (PFDs/life jackets) are required to be worn at all times while on the kayaks.
