Cherry Blossoms at Tidal Basin

Last time I took this trip was several years back. I was by myself, though I did notice some groups. Whether they were photo groups, or just friends I couldn’t tell, but despite the chill in that spring air I loved my trip!! The photos came out splendidly and after the sun had risen I packed up my tripod and just walked along the basin. What a beautiful time.

Sunrise is at 0652 (accuweather), so if we meet around 6:30 we may be able to setup along the waters edge. Though meetup time may change!

Bring a flashlight, pack a light coat, or jacket, and have your batteries charged. Forecast looks beautiful!
