## 🧘♀️🌿 Me Time is a space to slow down, turn toward your inner experience, and practice conscious awareness — without pressure, performance, or spiritual theatrics ✨.
At the heart of this group is a simple understanding:
If the contents of your mind determine the quality of your life,
then learning to relate to those contents with awareness matters. 🧠
Rather than striving for transcendence or trying to “empty” the mind, we focus on gentle presence — noticing thoughts, sensations, emotions, and patterns as they arise, and allowing them to settle naturally 🌊.
Meditation here is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about meeting yourself as you are, with steadiness and care 🤍.
