We meet every second Sunday to explore meaningful questions — grounded in everyday life, inspired by timeless perspectives.
No networking.
No small talk.
No need to perform.
Just a group of people coming together to reflect, share, and listen.

We begin together as a group with a short introduction to the topic of the evening.
From there, we move into smaller circles to allow for deeper, more personal conversations.
At the end, we come back together and share reflections before closing.

Meaningful Conversations Zurich is a small and intentional gathering space for honest conversations.
A space to slow down, listen carefully and speak more openly than we usually do in everyday life.
Inspired by a conversation format that has been hosted in different cities across Europe over the past decade, these gatherings create space for reflection, presence and meaningful exchange.
For this gathering, we will explore the theme:
Focus in a Distracted World
In a time where attention is constantly pulled in different directions, we will reflect on focus, presence, priorities and the things that truly deserve our attention.
The evening will be guided by a small set of reflection questions, shared with participants a few days beforehand.
The intention is not to debate, perform or give advice, but to create a space where people can listen carefully, reflect honestly and connect beyond roles, labels and social performance.

China Garden Area, Seefeld, Zurich.The exact meeting point will be shared with registered participants before the gathering.
Group size is intentionally kept small.
At this stage (this is the third Meet-Up in Zurich), the current gatherings are primarily attended by men and the conversations often reflect themes and experiences that emerge from that context.
