Meatless Monday Dinner at Tang's Bistro

The new Tang's Bistro is completely different with a large sign on the window about vegan food, a completely vegan menu (in addition to their regular meat menu) and the use of separate woks and cooking implements for their vegan dishes. The food is Chinese fusion. Below is our menu for this event.

Menu ($25/ diner including tax and tip):

Appetizers:

•Veggi gyoza trio

Home made steamed dumpling with assorted vegetables fillings.

•Papaya Salad

Mixed greens with papaya, sunflower seeds & coconut flakes.

Entrées:

•BBQ Lover (veggi skewer)

eggplant, mushroom, japanese purple yam, tofu pepper,

rosemary, tomato concasse, taro noodle in house sauce.

•MaMa Tofu

minced tofu, diced mushroom, chestnut, daikon, taro noodle

in mild spicy & black bean sauce with organic olive oil.

•Tofu Squash

steamed Squash stuffed with tofu & mixed vegetables.

•Asparagus Fried Rice Noodles
