We'll enjoy a baked soft tofu layer of roasted portobello mushroom, avocado, and hollandaise sauce on an English muffin with sides of roasted yam & organic spring mix at one of our favourite vegan restaurants: Lotus Seed on Broadway.

The restaurant is opening up and preparing food specially for us. Those cancelling less than 24 hrs before will be required to pay the $16 cost of their meal.
