Vegan Dinner at Earl's Test Kitchen!

Earls has been expanding their vegan menu at this test kitchen location. Their entrées are tasty and prepared with care to avoid cross-contamination with animal products.

Earls is offering us a menu that enables us to try three different entrees at a discount price. For $28.40, each diner will have three separately plated entrees, dude!

Our ALL VEGAN Menu:

Vegan Bangkok Bowl:

Crispy tofu, Thai basil salad, jasmine rice, marinated mushrooms, peanuts

Vegan Hunan Kung Pao:

Wok vegetables, ginger soy sauce, jasmine rice, peanuts. Spice with 1-6 hunan pepper

Vegan Kale + Mushroom Pizza:

Mushrooms, kale, caramelized onion, vegan cheese

(Smaller than the average size of these entrees.) You will pay your server for this meal plus any drinks or desserts you order at the end of the meal.

This restaurant is very convenient for skytrain and buses and 1 block from the IGA which offers 1 hour free parking if you make a purchase in the store.

N.B. RSVPing YES is your commitment to attend. Those cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will be asked to pay the cost of their meal as we are having a set menu prepared in advance (like a wedding reception) not ordering off the menu.

N.B. Those not answering the RSVP question will be removed from the attendee list but are welcome to reregister if space permits.
