Omakase (Chef's Choice) Dinner in Kerrisdale

Omakase means chef's choice. In an omakase meal, you go for the experience of tasting all the delicacies this authentic Japanese chef has chosen for you. The whole menu will be vegan and most of it will be cooked right in front of you.

For $55 all in prepaid, 12 diners will experience the finest ingredients (such as real wasabi, not the horseradish wasabi you've had before, and other organic, locally sourced ingredients) in the private dining room at Vegan Shoku.

Omakase menu:

Appetizers :
1. Kale Gomaae
2. Yam cream soup
3. Fresh organic vegetable with spinach sauce

Kushi katsu :
1. Lotus root
2. shiitake mushroom
3. eggplant
4. tofu katsu

Sushi :
1. avocado oshi (2pcs)
2. vegan crab oshi(2pcs)
3. kerrisdale roll (2pcs)
4. yellow dragon roll (2pcs)
5. vegan salmon nigiri, vegan caviar nigiri (1 pcs each)

Dessert :
Vegan Ice cream

This is a pre-paid event. The cost, per person, is $55 (tax and tip included).
Within an hour of rsvp-ing "Yes", send an e-transfer of $55 to Edison's email as listed in the RSVP question. If payment is not received after registering, you will be removed but are welcome to re-register and pay if space remains. Refunds will be issued, minus a $2 processing fee up to 48 hours before the event by messaging or emailing Edison. Alternatively, you are welcome to find someone to take your place.

N.B. If your e-transfer is being sent from an account with a different name than your Meetup name, please message Edison to let him know so that he can confirm your attendance. Also, please indicate the event you are paying for.
