Pizza and Ice Cream Early Dinner at Virtuous Pie

It's time to head back to Virtuous Pie for a Pizza and Ice Cream Holiday celebration! Virtuous Pie is an all plant-based restaurant known for their delicious handcrafted pizzas and artisanal nut-based cheeses and ice creams. We will be meeting for an early weekend dinner once again!

This is a pre-paid event, to be paid upon registration via e-transfer to your host Alison (email address for transfer is in the rsvp question). The cost, per person, is $30 (tax and tip included).

Each guest will receive the following:

Starters:

• Caesar Salad ~ crisp kale and romaine, tahini caesar dressing, smoky bacon, parmesan, served with garlic focaccia
• Alfredo pasta ~ alfredo sauce, confit garlic, parsley, black pepper, parmesan

Entrée (one slice per guest, equivalent to 2/3 of a 10" pizza):

• Bianca pizza ~ parmesan cream sauce, cashew mozzarella, almond ricotta, confit garlic, extra virgin olive oil, parmesan
• Ultraviolet pizza ~ walnut arugula pesto, caramelized onion, sundried cherry tomatoes, seasoned kale, cashew mozzarella, toasted pine nuts
• Little Italy pizza ~ Parmesan cream, Italian sausage, walnut arugula pesto, cashew mozzarella, seasoned kale, sundried cherry tomatoes
• Don Ricotta pizza ~ tomato sauce, Italian sausage, almond ricotta, fresh basil, hot (vegan) honey, capers, kalamata olives, cashew mozzarella, red onion
• plus various house-made dips: garlic ranch, blue cheese, and pizza sauce.

Dessert:
One small scoop of house-made cashew-based ice cream from the following choices (as available):

• Vanilla Bean
• Cookie Dough
• Pumpkin Spice
