Join us for a lively nutrition talk and discussion with Dr Matthew Nagra. Dr. Nagra will debunk some of the prevailing dietary misinformation on topics such as plant-based meats, seed oils, and more. He will also discuss some of research he himself has been publishing on a variety of nutrition-related topics, and as always, there will be a lively Q&A at the end, with all questions, no matter how vegan-friendly or unfriendly, welcome.

You must be registered to attend. The event will be held at Vancouver Co-housing, an intentional co-housing community. As usual, we request a $2 donation for Vancouver Cohousing. Also please bring a vegan snack but be sure it includes NO PEANUTS. (Cohousing has at someone with an anaphylactic reaction to peanuts.)

What's a snackluck? It's a low-stress potluck where each person brings a snack to share. Could be cookies, fresh fruit, veggies and dip, whatever you want. Just please make sure your snack contains no animal products--that means no meat, dairy, whey, gelatin, eggs, and seafood--so that everyone can partake.

Take note: While we're big fans of the plant-based diet, everyone who has registered is welcome, from omnivore to vegan (no pets please).

Parking is free, but as there is construction next door, you may need to park around the corner. Also, your phone will be helpful for directions as construction bins may block the building number. Closest cross-street is Argyle.
