This comprehensive health journey starts in mid January with an extensive evaluation of your health including lab work for nutritional deficiencies, hormone levels, gut health, and glucose uptake. Your eating and wellness habits will be evaluated and a comprehensive wellness plan will be made for you.
As part of this journey you will receive weekly group educational sessions, vitamin injections tailored to your specific needs, and Ozempic injections. You will have the chance to purchase additional supplements as needed. You will also connect with others to form support and encouragement from peers, create work put groups, and share recipes. Because this is medical weight loss as a group, all services are highly discounted. The program starts at $400 for one month (charges by the lab, phone apps, and additional suggested supplements are not included). After the initial month, you can choose whether you have met your goals or want to continue with either weekly injections or group sessions.

***This low cost program is limited to 20 new patients per month. if you desire individual sessions, the cost is $600/month. The cost is subject to change based on cost increase from the pharmacy. This group is directed by a board certified medical provider , however, you should always check with your primary care physician if this program is right for you and your individual health needs. Results are not guaranteed because the program is dependent upon your investment and follow through in suggested lifestyle changes.
