Experience cannabis-enhanced yoga safely with experienced, professionally trained, certified Ganja Yoga Teacher Rianna Reid.

Ganja Yoga incorporates high-quality cannabis in accordance with legal provincial guidelines in a safe and effective yoga experience.

Ganja Yoga intends to accommodate the unique needs and preferences of each practitioner with an all-levels, customized experience whenever possible. Slow, mindful movement, proper alignment, and body/breath awareness are the priority of this practice. The pace of this yoga session can be restorative with lots of passive poses to a slow and mindful vinyasa, depending on the mood of the group or the day. Participants will be guided safely into each pose with the intention to avoid injury, stress or strain.

About Rianna:

Ri has been studying yoga since earning her first teaching certification in 1999. With 20 years of experience as both a mom and corporate marketing manager, Rianna also understands the challenges of balancing executive work and family life.

Now a retired “corporate hippie” Rianna creates customized yoga and meditation events, classes and workshops for yogis visiting Niagara, burned-out professionals, creative daydreamers, trauma survivors, and anyone seeking everyday ease through accessible practices for modern life.

Traditional Hatha Yoga, Yoga Tune Up, iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Conscious Cannabis Meditation, and (new!) Ganja Yoga are some of Rianna’s favorite offerings to share with her private yoga clients.
