Medina County Sound Baths & Spiritual Experiences

Welcome to Medina County Sound Baths, Meditation & Spiritual Experiences — a welcoming community for anyone looking to reconnect, explore, and experience something a little different.

This group is for both beginners and experienced seekers. No previous meditation, sound healing, or spiritual experience is needed.

Our gatherings include:

Sound baths and guided meditation
Past life and group regression experiences
Meet Your Spirit Guide journeys
Cacao ceremonies
Reiki and energy-focused experiences
Mindfulness, relaxation, and personal-growth gatherings
Special spiritual events

Many of our events are held at Illuminate From Within in Valley City, Ohio, a peaceful and comfortable space where you can slow down, let go of the outside world, and enjoy time dedicated to yourself.

My hope is to create a community where friends gather, strangers become friends, and everyone feels welcome to explore at their own pace.

Some events are simply about rest and relaxation, while others invite you to explore your intuition, inner wisdom, or spiritual curiosity.
Come curious. Come comfortable. Come as you are.

I look forward to welcoming you to an upcoming gathering.
