In this Half Day Meditation Workshop, we explore the gentle art of letting go — freeing ourselves from attachment to the past, regrets, and thoughts and feelings that no longer serve us. Through guided Buddhist meditation and deep contemplation, you’ll learn to cultivate inner peace, embrace impermanence, and welcome the future with compassion and curiosity.
