About us
This is a meditation space for Black women focused on inner-realization, self-awareness, and self-love.
The group offers simple, evidence-informed practices such as mindfulness meditation, breathwork, and quiet reflection to support emotional awareness and nervous system regulation.
We also explore the connection between mind, body, and environment, including the role of nature in supporting mental and physical well-being.
This space is for women who are:
developing self-awareness
learning to set boundaries
reconnecting with their sense of self
and, for some, examining or moving away from religious indoctrination
There is no belief system required here. You are not being asked to adopt new doctrine. The focus is on observation, reflection, and building the ability to make informed choices about your life and well-being.
Practices are simple and practical. You can engage at your own pace.
The goal is to support:
clarity in how you think and feel
consistency in how you care for yourself
and the ability to respond to life with awareness rather than automatic patterns
