Meditation for Everyone
Details
Thursday meditation is appropriate for both beginners and experienced meditators. The evening is divided into two meditation sessions with a walking session. Before meditating, we read an inspirational passage.
Through contemplation and practice, we touch what was there all along: a warm heart naturally saturated with love and compassion and a melting away of all sense of self and other.
**Please note: this group will begin after Geshe Damchoe's teaching class. Occasionally, the teachings will run a bit long. Please feel free to quietly come into the Gompa, or use the door off the garden to wait in the library. Everyone is encouraged and invited to attend Geshe Damchoe's teachings!**
