About the Course Misfortune, challenges and conflict are entirely normal; they are to be expected at some point in all of our lives. In this series of classes, learn to reframe such adversities in a way that leads to deep inner calm, a kinder heart and a mental resilience that cannot be disturbed by anything. This class is based on the books Universal Compassion & How to Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso which are available to purchase from Tharpa New Zealand. For more information click here. Suitable for everyone, these classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. This is a 5 week course, running October 5, 12, 19, 26 & November 2. Each class is self-contained so you can join in any week. Beginners welcome.
