When unwanted circumstances happen in our lives we often respond negatively, creating even more suffering. In this series we will focus on ways of thinking that will help us gain emotional flexibility and help us respond to any situation with a more positive and accepting attitude.

No Buddhist background or meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the full series.
