Often happiness or contentment feels elusive. Our inner dialogues and thought patterns prevent us from finding mental calm or connecting with others.

We’ll begin this new year with teachings that help us abandon non-beneficial mental habits, replacing them with mindsets that lead us towards inner peace. Everyone is welcome!

No Buddhist background or meditation experience required. You may drop-in any week or attend the full series.
