Buddhist Meditations and Talks with Buddhist Nun Gen Chitta
The Art of Living is a three-week meditation course taking place on three consecutive Monday evenings from 7 - 8:15 p.m. The course is suitable for beginners and all levels of experience and covers three different yet related topics: The Art of Acceptance, The Art of Humility & Hope, and the Art of Compassion & Wisdom. While these classes can be booked individually the three week course allows for a deeper level of engagement where our inner peace and knowledge can build from week to week. Booking the course also comes at a reduced cost of £18. Individual classes are £7 each.

Gen Chitta is a meditation teacher and practitioner of significant experience and a talent to present these meditations and talks in a gentle, light, relatable and practical way.
Suitable for both beginners and those with meditation experience. No special clothes needed. Seating provided in chairs, but feel free to bring your own mat or cushions if you wish.
