I am here to support you to integrate a calming, balancing and energising meditation practice in your daily life.
For 2 weeks get the support of a group, explore different practices that will regenerate mind and body and ease you into late summer calm, gathering the inner harvest of the year so far.
Over 2 x 60 minute sessions you will practice a variety of meditation techniques: breathing, visualisation, body scanning, mantra, contemplation and mindful movement to get to understand what works best for you.
Most importantly we will create a space where participants can reflect on their experience of becoming meditators.
