A short guided meditation session support you to:
- make time for an evening reset and get back in the flow of wellbeing
- explore different ways to meditate and bring calm to your body and mind
- gather with others to gently and safely develop or reintroduce a meditation practice

You can drop-in to any of these sessions - I simply ask for a small donation of £1 per session which can be sent via PayPal to paypal.me/meditatingwitholga. If these short taster sessions work for you, you are welcome to join my longer Sunday morning sessions (which are every three weeks).

Tonight we will do some Yogic breathing, a breathing technique with tremendous benefits for calming the mind (especially if you like numbers)
