Let's round off your week with calm. For 5 weeks, or dropping in when you can, get the support of a group and explore different practices that will regenerate mind and body.

Over five 60 minute sessions you will practice a beautiful variety of breathing, visualisation, body scanning, mantra, and contemplation meditations to get to understand what works best for you and ease you into the winter, so you can rest and nurture the new possibilities of the colder, darker days.
