In this Sunday meditation session we will explore mindfulness and affirmations to welcome in the support of our bodies.

We will:
- mindfully tune in to what’s going on inside you
- do a deeply soothing and uplifting relaxation exercise
- use affirmations to encourage positive changes

🧘‍♀️This is an event open to beginners and those who already have an experience of meditative practice.
