I gather practices from many global traditions, and turn them into simple guided meditations that fit into our busy lives, slow us down and nurture our energy.

And once in a while, we honour a particular tradition. As the 26th of May is Vesak, a holiday observed by Buddhists and some Hindus to commemorate the birth, enlightenment and death of the Buddha, this meditation session will focus on simple versions of Buddhist meditations.

We will do some conscious breathing to learn to be present, we will experience the Buddhist idea of the mind as vast, still and clear with a ‘blue sky’ visualization and will close with another important Buddhist meditation: “metta” or loving-kindness meditation, the practice of sending kindness toward self and others.
Together these meditations will cleanse your mind and your heart and bring you back to well being.
