I invite you to join me to breathe slowly, align with nature and our own powers, and feel good, at this time when the Summer Solstice sun is at the height of its powers. 

We will start with a breathing exercise, squared breathing, to help us gain balance at this time of change. We will then tune into the expansive light of the season with a visualisation meditation. We will wrap up with an affirmation meditation so we can direct our good-feeling emotions toward our desires for the summer.

🧘‍♀️This is an event open to beginners and those who already have an experience of meditative practice.
