Each day is a new beginning. We will turn off our mics, turn on our curiosity and loving kindness, and listen to a guided meditation for about 15-20 minutes (selected by moderator, usually from Insight Timer or Dharma Seed). The Zoom room will remain open for a few minutes after the meditation for fellowship and discussion.

Log on early! The Zoom room will close promptly at 8:00.
PLEASE: set your Zoom name to match the name you use here on Meetup. Then please say hello when you enter the room so we can confirm your identity and prevent unwanted, disruptive intrusion (aka "Zoombombing").
