Meditation Retreat in Boston

I wanted to let you know about a retreat I just signed-up for in Boston on January 31st with well-known meditation teacher Sylvia Bornstein. She is most well known for her metta, or loving kindness, meditations. She is offering a three-day series of lectures and workshops starting on Thursday, January 29th. I have just signed-up for her Saturday afternoon workshop, from 1:30 - 6:00pm, which is only $36.00. If anyone else is interested, perhaps we can carpool. Here's a link to the site:

There are also links on that page to more information about Sylvia if you're interested.

Also, be sure to check our message board, and to use that as a resource to share ideas, post information about meditation and mindfulness activities, or to just connect in a mindful way.

Finally, please be sure to contact me with ideas and suggestions for new events. Also, do you have a special area of skill or interest that you would like to share? If so, we can organize a discussion/presentation/workshop/etc. for you! We're all in this together and we all have something to offer.

Best wishes,
