In these classes, Resident Teacher and Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Tabkay will explain how to sustain real inner change through meditation. Buddha taught that lasting transformation comes from training the mind—by identifying unhelpful mental habits and deliberately cultivating new, positive ways of thinking and responding to life.
