Rooted in Buddhist wisdom and presented in a modern, accessible way, this course invites you to reflect on how your everyday choices—what you say, do, and consume—shape your inner and outer life.
Each week includes guided discussion, practical reflection, and
meditation practice with clear intention to help you
embody these principles in daily life. As we bring our actions
into alignment with our values, we begin to experience greater
clarity, ease, and resilience.
