Living with Intention: Meditation, Integrity, Ethics, and Well-Being
Details
Join us for Week 3 of this 5-week online journey exploring five timeless principles for living with greater awareness, compassion, and integrity. Rooted in Buddhist wisdom and presented in a modern, accessible way, this course invites you to reflect on how your everyday choices—what you say, do, and consume—shape your inner and outer life.
Each session is held live on Zoom, with participants joining on video to foster a sense of connection and shared inquiry. Sessions include approximately 15 minutes of guided meditation, 15 minutes of teachings, and time for questions, discussion, and practical reflection. Together, we explore how these principles can be embodied in daily life, bringing our actions into closer alignment with our values and cultivating greater clarity, ease, and resilience.
Ethical living isn't about following rules—it's about creating the conditions for genuine well-being. Week 3 focuses on Respect for What Belongs to Others—exploring contentment, generosity, trust, and integrity. Through reflection and discussion, we examine how our relationship to desire, possessions, and boundaries influences our sense of fulfillment and our connections with others, and how cultivating appreciation for what is already here can support a more easeful and wholehearted life.
This course is open to all levels and anyone seeking a more grounded, intentional way of living. Learn More. Please sign up using this Registration Link.
