Sometimes people or situations appear in our lives and we don't know how to help. Will our words be beneficial, or not? Will reaching out cause more problems? When all is said and done, we could all benefit from wisdom teachings that give us confidence in how we show up for others.

Buddha gave many such teachings on how to skillfully face these difficulties. In this series of meditation classes we will learn methods for facing our own and others’ challenges with a happy and confident mind. By improving our wisdom, we can navigate problems in more beneficial ways. This series explores practical and meaningful ways to help when we are truly unable to offer support or guidance.
    Everyone is welcome!
