The Four Noble Truths - A Practice Weekend
Details
Join Insight Denver for our first 2026 non-residential Practice Weekend! It will be Friday night, 7 - 9 pm, and Saturday, February 28th, 9 am - 5 pm. After his awakening, the Buddha summarized his realization in the Four Noble Truths: that suffering is part of life; that it arises from craving, clinging, and resistance to present-moment experience; that suffering can end, and this is possible for all of us; and that the Noble Eightfold Path leads to the end of suffering.
These teachings represent not only truths to understand, but also tasks for us to practice and realize for ourselves. Participants will be guided in exploring how each Noble Truth is relevant in our lives, and how working skillfully with these teachings leads to greater freedom, clarity, and ease in the midst of life as it is. Individual guidance sessions will be offered, and in the afternoon, there will be guided mindful movement, and plenty of time for Question and Responses on Saturday. Please register here.
