What is meditation, really? This course offers an in-depth exploration of the meditation teachings of Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche, guiding participants through practical instructions and insights that reveal how meditation can help us recognize and release the habitual patterns that obscure our natural sanity, kindness, confidence, and good cheer. Each session includes supportive talks, detailed guidance, and opportunities for one-on-one meetings with instructors who will help you cultivate a personal and sustainable meditation practice.
Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche had a remarkable gift for communicating the essence of Buddhist wisdom in a way that resonates with contemporary Western life. His teachings illuminate the true meaning of freedom—showing how our own preconceptions, attitudes, and even our spiritual practices can sometimes become barriers that keep us trapped in cycles of struggle.
