Get your kids off to a very good start -- if they can learn to meditate and think creatively while young, this will save them a lifetime of problems!

The kids’ class teaches kids how to meditate and introduces them to foundational Buddhist concepts: how to connect to a sense of inner peace, identify with their astounding potential, develop compassion and gratitude for the kindness of others, self-regulate, and let go of agitating states of mind like anger and jealousy.

Each creative class will include time for meditation instruction, a brief enjoyable meditation, and playful activities such as stories, arts/crafts, songs, and games.

Suitable for kids 5-10. Parents of younger children are encouraged to stay in classes with their children. Parents of children over 5 are welcome to attend the Sunday morning meditation class that happens simultaneously.
(Please note: you don't have to be a Buddhist to attend our classes. They are designed to help people from all backgrounds and walks of life).
