About this event
Valentine’s Day is all about love, but what actually is love? What if our very ideas and expectations about love and romance were contributing to our difficulties in finding satisfying partnerships, or making these really shine? The teachings of Buddha offer surprising methods that will transform our perspective on relationships, helping us to see why so many of our experiences have been painful, disappointing, or even damaging, how to stop making the same old mistakes, and how to transform all our friendships, romantic and otherwise.

Come out for a meaningful night of meditation and wisdom with Resident Teacher and Western National Spiritual Director Gen Gomlam. We will enjoy delicious food and fun with an opportunity to ask a Buddhist on our love panel all your questions on love, and get practical tips for improving relationships with family, partners and friends.
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres, deserts, and mocktails and enjoying each others’ company. Bring your significant other if you have one, bring friends, or just bring yourself. Everyone is welcome! Come along and be kind to your heart.
