About this event
What does Buddhist meditation have to offer that you don’t already have?
In this hour-long teaching on Buddhist meditation with local practitioners Doug Yarn and Erica Richardson will explore how the power of meditation and our day to day experiences can coexist leading to mental liberation through the power of meditation. Hear what Buddhism says about meditation, liberation, equanimity and freedom leading to a better world for ourself and others.
