These half-day retreats – gentle, peaceful meditations, unplugged from the digital world – are super helpful in our modern age, and we warmly invite you to take advantage of them.

The retreat will include three 45-minute meditation sessions, focused on breathing meditation, pacifying our busy thoughts, and the peaceful clarity of our own mind. In between sessions feel free to hang out and relax, including on the patio – read one of our library books, sit quietly, drink coffee, stroll to the lake …

Overall, treat yourself to a well earned and much needed break, and learn some practical skills for keeping this peace going back at home and at work.

Beginners or more experienced meditators, everyone is welcome to join us.

Take a break from technology! If we step away from the constant buzz of notifications, social media, and digital obligations, we create space for introspection and mental clarity, so often elusive in our fast-paced world. This is a profound opportunity to disconnect from our distractions and connect with what is really important in our lives

Experience the peace of silence. Silence is not just the absence of speech, but a powerful tool for self-discovery and healing. It helps us stay in the moment and feel more unity with all other beings. Silence is golden!

Develop inner wealth. Within this space of external quiet and calm, we can more fully enjoy and engage in the expertly guided meditations on the clarity of the mind, the stages of the path to enlightenment, and loving kindness. These meditations lead us on an inner spiritual journey, towards lasting peace and mental freedom, and help us to develop our compassion, patience, growth, resilience, bliss, and emotional balance.
