Our meditation is simple, comfortable, and fully guided. Many people leave feeling calmer and more centered after their first session, though everyone's experience is unique.

About Sahaja Yoga Meditation
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a natural meditation practice that helps the mind settle into a state of inner silence and self-awareness. Rather than trying to force the mind to become quiet, you'll learn a simple technique that allows stillness to arise naturally.

Founded in 1970 by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga is practiced in more than 100 countries and has always been taught free of charge by volunteers. Our local instructors have years of experience and enjoy sharing this meditation with anyone who is curious.
