Guided Meditation for Self-Regulation

Join Val and Chris fora gentle, grounding guided meditation designed to support self-regulation and nervous system reset. This class is for anyone feeling overstimulated, stressed, or simply in need of a calm reset.

We’ll move slowly and intentionally, using breath, body awareness, and a little writing to help the body, mind, and spirit return to a steadier and more relaxed state. You will be able to shed old stagnant or negative energy, calm the nervous system, and reclaim the thoughts that matter most. Beginner to advanced students.

What to expect:

A calm, supportive 1-hour guided meditation

Practices focused on relaxation, grounding, and emotional regulation

Keep it Simple. Just Arrive.

How to prepare:

Choose a comfortable, quiet space

You may sit, lie down, or stand—whatever feels best for your body

Low lighting is recommended; a face mask or eye covering can be helpful

Wear comfortable clothing and bring any props you like (blanket, pillow, etc.)
