About us

We are organizing regular meditation sessions in North Salem, NY. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome and we provide instruction. We are primarily a Korean lineage Zen group but we welcome people from all traditions (and no tradition!). Practice includes sitting meditation and some chanting and interviews with a teacher (optional). We'd love to have you!

Thursday Night Meditation Practice

Thursday evening meditation practice.

We give basic instruction and then sit for two sessions of 30 minutes with a short chanting and discussion at the end. On some weeks we offer optional 1:1 interviews with a teacher. Come join us!

We meet on the 3rd floor of Union Hall at 2 Keeler Lane in North Salem. Take the wooden stairs up to the third floor.

There is no charge, but donations are welcome.
