Hike & Meditate in Redwood Regional Park

We will be back in the Redwoods this week for another great hike and meditation. Weather will be pretty warm but down in the cool redwoods, it'll be just right.
The hike distance is approx 2 miles. The speed and exertion level is leisurely to moderate, within the average person's ability.
We meet at the Redwood Bowl Staging Area parking lot. Please plan to arrive by 9:45am so we can start at 10. We are usually out by noon almost on the dot.
Call or text ahead if you have problems finding us (my phone # is in the reminder email). Once we start the hike, there's no reception and I can't respond.
Bring a plastic bag or similar to place on the ground, and a small cushion, rolled up jacket, etc to help you sit comfortably upright during meditation. Please wear good walking shoes (sturdier soles, non-slip tread) and appropriate layered clothing which allow you to sit comfortably for ~20 minutes following a hike where you may sweat. A small water bottle is recommended.
Please let me know at least 2 days in advance if you have physical challenges I should know about, and of course, always check with your doctor in advance.
