Hike & Meditate in Redwood Regional Park

Please join me for a hike and meditation in the Redwoods!
We meet at the Redwood Bowl Staging Area parking lot, at the trailhead gate at the top of the lot. Please plan to arrive by 9:45am so we can start at 10.
Check the links below to make sure you know how to get there if you're unfamiliar with the area. My phone # is in the reminder email sent to group members if you need help.
Bring a plastic bag or similar as a groundsheet, and a small cushion, rolled up jacket or backpack to help you sit comfortably erect during the meditation. Please wear good walking shoes (sturdier soles, non-slip tread) and appropriately warm, layered clothing which allow you to sit comfortably for ~20 minutes following a hike where you may sweat. A small water bottle is recommended.
The hike distance is approx 2-3 miles in hilly terrain. The speed is leisurely to moderate, within the average person's ability. Please let me know at least 2 days in advance if you have physical challenges I should know about, and of course, always check with your doctor in advance.
