## Multi-Day Retreat Refund Policy

• Within 45 days prior to the retreat:
• If you cancel your registration within 45 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
• Please note that our refund policy is strict, and we cannot make exceptions. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our refund policy.
• 30-44 days prior to the retreat:
• If you cancel your registration between 30-44 days prior to the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
• Less than 30 days prior to the retreat:
• We regret that we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the retreat.
• Partial Payments:
• Please note that partial payments made to secure a spot are non-refundable. Full payment is required to confirm your registration.
• Late Payments:
• We do not offer refunds for late payments or failure to pay the full amount by the designated deadline.
• No-Show or Early Departure:
• Please note that we do not offer refunds to participants who fail to attend the retreat or leave early. By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to this policy.

Please inform the retreat organizers of any health or medical conditions when signing up and at the beginning of the retreat. You release the retreat organizers, instructors, and hosts from any liability for injuries or harm that may occur.
