Are you a Starseed, Lightworker, Truth Seeker, Wayshower, Intuitive, Empath, Highly Sensitive Person, Healer or simply curious? Do you feel that you have a higher purpose or calling? Do you feel that you are ready to do something more with your life? Do you know what it means to truly step up into your Sovereignty?
I welcome you to connect to your true essence through meditation, conversation, connection, and the sharing of empowering tools and insights. You may already be on a spiritual journey, or you may be looking for a place where you can meet 'like hearted' people.
I hold a safe sacred space during all of my online meetings, one where you get to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Be open to the process, and know that you'll get out what you put in.
At this unprecedented time, we are being called to really step up into our power, into our life purpose, and into our Sovereignty. In addition we are anchoring the vibrations of true Unity Consciousness.
What you can expect from my events:
~ meetings will include meditation, conversation, and oracle card readings. You do not have to be an experienced meditator to feel the benefits of the group meditation. Just be open to the process and where it takes you
~ some events will be more 'workshop' focused
About me:
I have spent years working in the corporate world both in the UK and here in Canada. I moved into the holistic space as a 'massage and bodywork practitioner' some years ago. That led me to further hone my innate gifts and talents as an empath and healer. I especially enjoy doing guided meditations as I can really feel the presence of something greater 'working through me'. I am also an ICF Accredited Life Coach which has led to me serve as an Empowerment Coach.

Welcome to this online event where we get to switch off from the day and indulge in an hour and a half of self-care.

The structure for this event will be as follows:
~ we will each have up to 2 minutes to introduce ourselves to the group
**Due to the nature of my weekly events and the fact that I am really putting my 'authentic self out there', I ask that all guests who attend my events pop their videos on and introduce themselves to the group.......even if it's just for a minute or two at the beginning. It creates a safe space for everyone in attendance. I wish you the very best finding an online space that is right for you if you are not able to do this**
~ open with a message from the Divine Light Oracle and reflect on what comes up from that
~ visualization and / or guided meditation
~ single card readings from a chosen oracle deck for everyoneYou do not have to have any experience in meditation to join in. Be open! Be comfortable! And see where the experience takes you. Please have a pen and paper handy too.
This is a judgement free zone. It is a warm heart centred space, and open to anyone looking for a confidential safe space to share with others, where you can say as much or as little as you want.
